What we collect
- Contact details: your email address and name, so we can send order updates and answer questions.
- Shipping address: collected at checkout, used to deliver your order.
- Phone number: asked for at checkout when express shipping is offered, and passed to our print partner and the carrier only to deliver your order.
- Design files: the print file you approve (your uploaded images and text, combined into one image), used to produce your order.
- Order details: what you bought, amounts, order status and history.
- Support messages: anything you send through the support form.
- Design descriptions: if you use "Describe a design", the text you type is sent to an AI image model run by Cloudflare (Workers AI) to draw the picture. We keep the text, with a one-way hash of your network address, for 30 days to prevent abuse and enforce limits, then delete it. The picture stays in your browser unless you order it.
- Account (optional): if you sign in with Google to save designs, Google tells us your account's ID, email address and name. We use them only to keep your saved designs and show who is signed in. We store the designs you save (images, text and a small preview) until you delete them or your account. You don't need an account to order.
- Technical data: basic request logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability. To limit abuse we count requests per network address; we store only a one-way hash of the address, never the address itself, and delete the counts after two days.
While you design, your images stay in your browser. They are uploaded only when you continue to checkout, or when you save a design to your account. We save your in-progress design in your browser's local storage so it's still there if you come back; you can clear it with your browser's site-data settings.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. You enter card details on Stripe's checkout page, and we never see or store your card number. Stripe shares with us only what we need to manage the order, such as payment status, your name, email and shipping address.
Who processes your data
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, order database, design-file storage, and Turnstile bot checks on uploads, design generation, checkout and the support form; and Workers AI, which draws designs from descriptions you type.
- Our email provider — sends order confirmations, shipping and refund notices, and support replies to your email address. Provider: [TO BE DETERMINED]
- Our print manufacturer — receives your design file, the items ordered and your shipping address and name in order to produce and ship your order. Manufacturer: [TO BE DETERMINED]
- Google — only if you choose "Sign in with Google": it confirms who you are and shares your account ID, email address and name with us.
- Shipping carriers — receive your name and address to deliver the package.
We don't sell your personal information and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Design files
Approved print files are stored so we can produce your order, handle reprints and replacements, and resolve disputes. Print files are stored at unguessable web addresses so our manufacturer can fetch them; anyone who has that exact address can view the file. Don't include personal information in your design that you wouldn't want printed.
How long we keep data
We keep order records for as long as needed for fulfilment, customer support, accounting and legal obligations. Retention periods: [TO BE DETERMINED]
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information through the support page. If you signed in to save designs, you can delete your account and every saved design yourself from the Saved designs panel in the designer. Some records (for example, transaction records) may need to be kept for legal reasons. Specific rights depend on where you live; applicable privacy laws: [TO BE DETERMINED]
Your order link
Your order page is protected by a private link. Anyone with that link can see the order and cancel it while cancellation is allowed, so keep it to yourself. If you lose it, the My orders page emails the links to your paid orders, only ever to the address used at checkout. We don't say on the page whether an address has orders.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change. Governing law and jurisdiction: [TO BE DETERMINED]
