Who you're buying from

These terms apply to orders placed with ChatAttire, operated by Operator details pending registration. By placing an order you agree to these terms, the shipping & returns policy and the privacy policy.

Custom products

• All items are made to order using the design you create and approve.
• Before checkout you review a print proof. By approving it, you confirm the design, spelling and placement are correct and that it will be printed as shown.
• Printed colors can differ slightly from what you see on screen, and placement can vary slightly between garments. These normal variations are not defects.

Your design and content

• You must own, or have permission to use, everything in your design — images, logos, text and artwork.
• Don't upload content that infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful, hateful, or harassing.
• We may refuse or cancel (with a full refund) any order we reasonably believe breaks these rules.
• You keep ownership of your design. You give us permission to use it only to produce, ship and support your order.

Prices and payment

• Prices, discounts and shipping are shown before you pay. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
• Payment is taken when you place the order and is processed by Stripe.
• If we made a clear pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Production approval and cancellation

Orders may be checked by our team before production. You can cancel online until your order is approved for production. See the shipping & returns policy for details.

Misprints and defects

If there's a problem with how your order was made, report it within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund the affected items. Buyer's-remorse returns aren't accepted on custom items.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded. Limitation of liability wording: [TO BE DETERMINED]
