Custom retirement shirts
Type the words exactly, such as the retiree's name and a line like Officially Retired, and add their photo or a drawn design: a fishing rod, a golf club, a hammock. You approve the print proof before checkout.
One shirt as a gift is fine: there is no minimum. For the party, coworkers' shirts go in one order, in unisex, women's and heavyweight fits. Larger orders get a quantity discount: 10% off from 10 shirts, 15% off from 24 shirts.

A different shirt for the retiree
Every shirt in an order gets the same design, so a shirt that says something different for the guest of honor is a separate order.
Photos from work
Only print photos you took or have permission to use, and check with the retiree before printing their picture.
Before the last day
Production usually takes 3-7 business days and standard shipping 3-8 more, so allow up to about three weeks from order to doorstep.
