How long do custom shirts take?

Production usually takes 3-7 business days and standard shipping 3-8 more, so allow up to about three weeks from order to doorstep. Both counts are business days, so weekends and holidays add to the total.

Why it takes that long

A made-to-order shirt is printed after you pay, so the time is production plus transit. At ChatAttire, we normally ship within seven business days after payment, including checking the order, and standard shipping is free.

Express shipping

Express is offered at checkout when our print partner can express the order, at the price shown there. It shortens the time in transit, not the production. Carriers need a phone number for express, so checkout asks for one.

There is no paid rush production.

Ordering for a date

Count back from the event in business days: up to about three weeks for standard shipping, then add a margin. Orders for a reunion, team event or trip are safest placed a month ahead, which also leaves time to check sizes.

After you order

Your order page shows its progress, and once it ships, the carrier and tracking number. If a shipment will be late, we email a revised date and offer to cancel with a full refund. Lost the link? Email me my orders sends the links to the address you ordered with.
