How many shirts and which sizes should I order for a group?

Ask each person for their size and order exactly that, rather than guessing a spread of sizes, then add a spare or two in the most common sizes if late joiners are likely. Check the size chart's chest measurements, because unisex, women's and youth sizes fit differently.

Collect sizes first

A shared sheet or form with name, style and size saves a second order. Ask people to check their size against the chart on the shirt's page: chest width and length in inches. Unisex shirts run larger than women's tees in the same size letter, and kids need youth sizes: the Youth Tee comes in sizes XS–XL.

Custom shirts can't be returned for the wrong size, since each one is made for you, so this step matters. See the shipping and returns policy.

Mixing styles and sizes in one order

One ChatAttire order can mix shirts, colours and sizes, up to 250 shirts, and every shirt gets the same design. A different name on each shirt means one order per name. With a sleeve print, short- and long-sleeve shirts are separate orders, and a back print on the women's racerback tank is a separate order from tees, because their print areas differ.

Each order ships to one US address, so one person usually collects the shirts and hands them out.

Where the discount starts

Larger orders get a quantity discount: 10% off from 10 shirts, 15% off from 24 shirts. Just below a step, the larger order can cost the same or less: 9 Classic Tees with one print come to $251.91, and 10 to $251.91. At the next step, 23 come to $579.39 and 24 to $571.00.

Larger sizes add a small surcharge per shirt, on the Classic Tee 2XL +$2.50, 3XL +$4.50, 4XL +$6.50, 5XL +$8.50.

Timing

Production usually takes 3-7 business days and standard shipping 3-8 more, so allow up to about three weeks from order to doorstep. Collect sizes early enough to order with a margin before the event. More in how long custom shirts take.
